Candidates to VU SR KnF Chairperson and student representatives to the Council of VU KnF positions

On 22th April, we invite you to participate in the Reporting Elective Conference of Vilnius University Students’ Representation in Kaunas Faculty (VU SR KnF), during which student representatives will be elected to the bodies of Vilnius University Kaunas Faculty (VU KnF) and Vilnius University Students’ Representation (VU SR)! The conference will take place at VU Kaunas Faculty, Prof. V. Gronskas Auditorium, Muitinės str. 6A.

All students of VU KnF can participate and vote in the Conference. During the Reporting Elective Conference, VU SR KnF 2023-2024 Activity Report will be presented and approved, and the following will be elected:

• VU SR KnF Chairperson;

• 2 representatives to the Council of VU KnF (ex officio Chairperson);

• 1 representative to VU KnF Attestation Commission;

• 2 representatives to VU KnF Academic Ethics Commission;

• 3 representatives to VU KnF Dispute Resolution Commission;

• Representatives to VU KnF Study Programme Committees;

• 1 representative to VU KnF Board of Studies;

• 2 representatives to VU SR Parliament (ex officio Chairperson);

• 10 delegates to VU SR Reporting Elective Conference.

Students who wish to apply for these and other positions will be able to submit their candidacy during the conference too.

18.10–18.15 Approval of the Conference agenda;

18.15–18.30 Presentation of the VU SR KnF 2023-2024 activity report and questions;

18.30–18.35  Approval of the VU SR KnF 2023-2024 Activity Report;

18.35–18.50 Presentation of the candidates for the position of Chairperson of the VU SA KnF, questions;

18.50–18.55 Election of VU SR KnF Chairperson;

18.55–19.00 Break;

19.00–19.10 Speeches and election of student representatives to the VU SR KnF Council;

19.10–19.30 Election of student representatives to the commissions and committees of the SAU KnF

19.30–19.40 Approval of the membership of the VU SR KnF Collegiate Governing Body, speeches and election of candidates;

19.40–19.50 Speeches and election of candidates for the VU SR KnF representatives in the VU SR Parliament;

19.50–20:00 Election of VU SR KnF delegates to the VU SR Annual Convention;

20.00–20.10 Guest speeches;

20.10–20.20 Other questions.
